Cancellation and Refund Policy

At 2nd Home Constructions Private Limited, we strive to provide transparent and fair service to all our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which bookings can be cancelled and refunds processed.
1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may cancel their booking at any time by submitting a written cancellation request.
- The request must be acknowledged by an authorized representative to be valid.
- A standard deduction of 19.99% will be applied to the total paid amount.
- Processing and documentation charges are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by 2nd Home
- Six (6) consecutive unpaid EMIs will lead to automatic cancellation.
- A 19.99% deduction will be made on the refund amount.
- Possession will be revoked if EMI default occurs post-possession.
3. Refund Process and Timelines
- Refunds will be processed within 90 to 120 working days from approval.
- Refunds will be transferred via original payment method or bank transfer.
4. Special Cases
- 19.99% deduction applies even after possession if cancellation is approved.
- No legal or financial penalty if cancellation is legitimate and acknowledged.
